I had a mixed experience at this hostel. On the positive side, the hostel offers great amenities, including a lovely pool area and helpful staff. However, there were significant issues with service and unexpected costs that left me disappointed. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were commendable, but the unprofessional behavior of some staff members detracted from my overall experience.
